You'll be responsible and accountable for key areas of the business.Essential DutiesDelivery ResourcingOpportunity ManagementKey communications for Australia and New Zealand (A&NZ)Delivery Leadership TeamDelivery ResourcingThis component of the role requires coordination of the regional team leads:Accept recommendations and assign appropriate delivery resource to each Training assignment including resolution of delivery risks and issuesCoordinate resourcing at A&NZ level, to provide strategic opportunities for delivery of a variety of Training and non-training assignments, personal development and strategic initiatives Monitor adequate capacity and capability to deliver products and services to clients and forecasting on a longer horizonOpportunity ManagementThis component of the role requires the person to:Act as a key contact point for any activities for A&NZLead national team meetings on a regular and timely basisAct as the key communication between ACPM? and?
